Welcome to Gutter Sense. By using this site you agree to the following, all of which we have tried to write like humans.

What this site is

Gutter Sense is a free information resource and referral service. We match homeowners with independent, vetted gutter-cleaning professionals in the Sacramento area. We do not perform gutter cleaning, roofing, or any home services ourselves, and we may be compensated when we connect you with a provider (FTC §255).

The crews are independent

Every professional we match is an independent business, not our employee or agent. Your agreement for the work, including its price, scope, scheduling, and workmanship, is between you and them. We vet crews carefully (see how we vet) and remove those who fall short, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

Guides and tools are estimates

Our guides, cost ranges, and free tools are honest editorial estimates for general guidance. They are not quotes, inspections, engineering advice, or legal advice. Your house is specific; a real quote from a real crew on your real roofline always wins.

Play fair

Don't scrape the site into oblivion, misrepresent yourself on the matching form, or use our content to build a scare-tactic sales funnel. That last one would be genuinely ironic.
